Thank you for choosing Feng Shui at the Bay to help you with your personal path and Feng Shui journey. The size of your home or office, the number of people who use the space, and your personal goals help determine how we work together to determine the fee for your personal consultation.  

What you can expect:

• Consultations average four hours for a basic consultation for your home, office, garden

•  Starting at the time we connect, I begin moving into the energy of the consultation

•  Consultations range from $270 to $900 and above

• Business consultation fees are personalized for the company**

Consultations include:

• Preparation of background information

• Feng Shui charts for each adult in the home or for each principle business partner

• Interpretation of the charts

• Empowering materials 

• A two hour on-site consultation 

• Follow-up support  

• Additional on-site time is available to accomplish your goals and bring about harmony and balance

• Undivided attention to your needs and goals

Businesses | Real Estate Feng Shui

Consultation rates for businesses are based on the number of employees, the size of the office building and the depth of work requested/needed.

For Real Estate Feng Shui, rates are customized for consultations that include on-site trips before purchase and for preparation of selling include: 

• Land purchase
• Home purchase, home sale, pre-construction, review of architectural plans, plot plans 
• Energy analysis of land and home
• Space/environmental clearing
• New business ventures

 

Feng Shui gardens and landscape design is billed per project and $63 per hour.

For existing clients, follow-up consultations and soul coaching to address life changes are $90 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum. Much of this work can be done remotely over the phone at your convenience.

Soul Coaching using a Personal Energy Clearing process are $125 per hour.  For your convenience, one-half hour sessions are available. 

Staff Retreats   Empowerment Workshops   Public Speaking 

• Group rates are customized according to the number of people attending and the extent of the handouts and materials personalized for:

* Additional charges may include travel mileage; Rates to develop Feng Shui Birth Charts for additional family members are created on a sliding-scale.

** Variables in office & business settings are priced accordingly and in collaboration with client.

Gift Certificates are available for any denomination or occasion.
