- Free Tip #2: Create safety. Be mindful of what your truth is around challenging situations and people. Make a “truth statement” now for each experience that frequents your life where you compromise your truth. Practice your “truth statement” until you can say it with confidence and power.
- Free Tip #3: Remember to re-evaluate your intention. Ask yourself, “does this still work for me?” Is this really what I still want? Adjust your wording and languaging to clearly state what you want now!
