Lectures
Educational lectures are geared to different levels of employee teams that introduce the principles and benefits of Feng Shui in the workplace. Lectures are suitable for brown bag lunches, team retreats and executive leadership development. Lectures are:

~ Delivered with through an interactive conversation prompted by a Power Point presentation;
~ Tailored for the needed number of attendees;
~ Expanded to support the level of information desired; and,
~ Supported by an “action-ready tip sheet” provided for each person.

Training
Interactive training is provided through a three-hour workshop, “Feng Shui Yourself & Manage Your Personal Energy©.”
“Feng Shui Yourself & Manage Your Personal Energy©” is a workshop that introduces the concept of “energy drains.” The workshop engages employees in the mental and emotional exercise of identifying the numerous ways their personal energy is drained, both in the workplace and in their lives.
Yarrow expertly facilitates the group discussion for the gentle and confidential discovery of our personal role in how our energy is drained. Participants only share what they care to share. There is no pressure to divulge personal challenges or situations.
Using personal worksheets, participants are guided to:
~ Engage in some gentle introspection of themselves and their life through Yarrow's "Feng Shui Your Energy Game"© guaranteed to break the ice and get employees laughing and thinking;
~ Identify energy drains that are reducing their productivity and creating obstacles toward happiness;
~ Place an energetic value on the “cost” of each energy drain using the $500 of “energy money” provided;
~ Develop personal steps to remedy energy drains; and,
~ Draft an action plan that can be immediately implemented at the office & in their personal life.

Consultations
Yarrow conducts workplace on-site private consultating sessions with individual employees.
Consultations with individual employees are designed to create a healthier more productive work space and to support desired changes in attitudes, behaviors and habits. The following services can be selected as needed.
Confidential consultations with individuals focus on one or all of the following. Individual support is customized to support specific needs and may include:
~ Development of a timeline to implement an employee’s “energy management” action plan;
~ Organization of their materials and space for ease, efficiency and productivity;
~ Development of systems that support organization;
~ Training and assistance for employees in using their new organization systems;
~ Compilation of a personal chi chart beneficial to creating a harmonious environment;
~ Recommendations and implementation of Feng Shui adjustments in their space;
~ Coaching and energy clearing on a soul level that provides Feng Shui at an inner-personal level; and,
~ Incremental (monthly, quarterly, and/or annually) follow-up consultations to resolve any obstacles, develop new solutions to challenges, review and revise system implementation and to assess and document progress.
Consultations are billed by the hour with a two-hour minimum. Individual consultations with several employees in the same day can maximize your budget by combining travel time and expenses. Feng Shui Business Consultations
Feng Shui Business consultations are conducted on-site for any size or type of work space or office with the goal of maximizing the energy flow for increased prosperity and to optimize the productivity and harmony of employees.Yarrow will personally conduct the Feng Shui consultations in your workplace.
A consultation may include:
~ Assessment of current energy/chi of the land, in the building and in specific spaces;
~ Recommendations to cure non-beneficial situations;
~ Transformation of existing chi to beneficial chi in the exterior and interior environments;
~ Clearing chi obstructions; and
~ Implementation of recommendations.
